Mini Tampa Cuban Sandwiches
You can't get more Tampa than our mini Cuban sandwiches. This sandwich goes all the way back to the roots of Ybor City.
Cigar workers needed something they could eat while walking to work—"one handed" food was popular. These should be called Ybor sandwiches because that's where they were invented and, in our opinion, perfected.
Slow roasted mojo pork, black forest ham, with swiss, ground mustard and pickle on pressed Cuban bread. Crispy on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside.
We love our city so much and this recipe is a fabulous way to show it off!
